Putting a Real Kinesiologist Behind Every Training Plan
Fitness apps hand you an algorithm and call it coaching. Nothing adapts when your body, your week or your injuries change, and nobody is accountable for the result.

The Challenge
Most fitness apps hand you a generated plan and call it coaching. The plan does not change when your week falls apart, when an old injury flares up, or when the weight stops moving, because there is nobody on the other end whose job it is to notice. Users work this out within a few weeks, stop opening the app, and cancel. The retention problem is not a feature gap, it is that nobody was accountable for the result.
What We Built
MyFittio puts a qualified kinesiologist behind every plan and gives them the tooling to actually keep up with it. Coaches work in a CMS built for adjusting plans weekly rather than issuing them once, so the plan follows the member instead of the member following the plan. Around that we built the member app, AI-assisted calorie and meal tracking so food logging is not a chore that gets abandoned, Stripe billing with entitlement gating, and an automation engine that handles the path from first visit to active subscription.
Decisions Worth Explaining
Coach tooling treated as the core product
The member app is what people see, but the thing that makes the promise deliverable is whether a coach can adjust thirty plans in an evening. Building the CMS as a first-class product rather than an admin screen is what keeps the weekly promise economically possible.
AI used for meal logging, not for the plan
Meal logging is high friction and low stakes, which is exactly where automation helps. The training plan is low friction and high stakes, which is where a human should stay. Putting the AI on the other side of that line is what most competitors get wrong.
Entitlements enforced in the backend, not the UI
Subscription state gates content server-side, so a lapsed subscription actually ends access rather than hiding a button in an app that has already downloaded the plan.
The Result
A complete platform running in production: mobile app, coaching CMS, subscriptions and an automated nurture engine, with human coaching adjusted weekly at an entry price of 29 euros a month.
Under the Hood
Angular and Capacitor mobile app, Firebase backend, Stripe billing with entitlement gating, a workout builder for coaches, AI meal analysis, and a node-graph email automation engine with open and click tracking.
